about the job:
You will lead AP-specific change management strategy and activities for HR transformation, aligning global priorities with region-specific needs and managing program activities to ensure effective engagement with all employees including in the corporate offices, retail stores and distribution centers, during this time of critical change. You’ll design localized approaches rooted in the global strategy, identifying and addressing regional change impacts, and closely partner with regional senior leaders and partners who will further enable these efforts. You will also play a critical role globally, serving as a key thought partner to the transformation’s global project leads.
Coordinating a team of local enabling partners and critical stakeholders, you will facilitate regular check-ins and foster alignment across the region to ensure successful prioritization and completion of change program initiatives and activities. You will also serve as an escalation point for local business teams, answering questions and escalating as needed to the global change management team.
skills and experience required:
- Program and organizational change experience focused on large-scale transformational enterprise change in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Experience implementing medium to large change initiatives in a global matrixed environment, communicating plans across a corporate, regional and/or functional teams.
- Experience working with senior leaders to articulate change vision and key messages and advise on leadership engagement and resistance management
- Experience identifying change impacts and designing strategies to meet the unique needs of a diverse set of employees across multiple countries.
- Experience navigating a complex stakeholder landscape and mobilizing partners and teams around common goals
- Project Management experience juggling multiple projects while maintaining keen attention to detail and carrying out project work backs, timelines, and budgets.
- Experience with innovative communication and change tactics, such as immersive experiences, change agent network, engaging communications and learning experiences.
