about the job

You will be responsible to drive revenue growth from indirect distribution channels across the Asia Pacific region. You will plan and execute winning strategies for the company’s molecular diagnostics products including COVID-19 testing kits, as well as effectively managing channel business partners in order to meet profitability and market share targets. You will:

  • Effectively plan and implement development strategies for regional business
  • Evaluate and establish new distribution partnership in designated territories
  • Support, motivate, and manage existing channel partners to increase the market share for your products
  • Closely partner with global leadership in strategic planning of commercial goals, budget, resources, and activities, and regularly report on the execution of the same
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales target for designated region
  • Continuously analyse market potential, competitive activities and sales tracks


skills and experience required

  • Degree or above in Molecular Biology, Genetics, or a related science field
  • 7 years+ sales / marketing experience in an IVD or Life Science company
  • 3 years+ working experience in distribution channel management within APAC or SEA region
