As a channel sales manager, you will:

- Responsible for the day-to-day relationship management of channel partners
- Act as a liaison between the company and assigned channel partners.
- Build, maintain, and manage relationships with current and prospective channel partners.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
- Manage direct/channel conflict by fostering excellent communication between the channel and direct teams
- Ensures partner compliance with Channel Partner programs and agreements
about the manager/team
You will report to the regional sales director and work closely with overseas business partners as well as marketing and technical services team to ensure customer satisfaction.
skills and experience required
Bachelor Degree in Life Sciences or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in life sciences equipment or services sales for academic or pharmaceutical R&D clients.
Minimum 2 years of experience in North Asian markets.
Able to commit to high travel requirements (up to 50%).
