As a channel partner manager, you will:
- Bring new partners on board and maintain relationships with existing partners.
- Access, clarify and validate partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high partner satisfaction rate
- Coordinate with other sales channels to avoid any potential conflicts.
- Coordinate with partner sales personnel and maximize sales.
- Manage funnels, forecast, and seize sales opportunities.
- Drive and manage sales and marketing campaigns.
about the manager/team
You will report to the regional commercial director and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure distributors' performance and maximize commercial objectives.
skills and experience required
Bachelor Degree in Biomedical Sciences, Biotechnology or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IVD equipment sales.
Prior channel partners development and management experience will be advantageous.
Able to commit to travelling within SEA (up to 20% of your work time)
