About the job
In this position, you will be reporting to the Head of Commercial and hold a significant responsibility in the development and upkeep of business channels. Your contribution will be vital in the identification of appropriate channel partners, empowering them, and driving their success. Close collaboration with partners and internal teams will be necessary to fully leverage relationships and ensure that both parties achieve their commercial goals.
Your primary tasks will include:
- Identifying, recruiting, and bringing on board new channel partners to expand the firm's reach and distribution.
- Cultivating relationships with distributors and maintaining existing global partnerships.
- Creating and executing channel marketing plans aimed at increasing revenue growth.
- Addressing partner concerns and effectively resolving any issues that may arise to ensure their satisfaction.
Skills and experience required
Ideally, you have at least 2 years of working experience in managing channel partners - which includes partner recruitment and relationship management, or direct cybersecurity sales experience. You have a deep understanding of the cybersecurity industry and market trends. You have experience in working with regional partners (a plus), understanding the nuances of different markets, and a proven track record of partner recruitment and revenue growth.
