• Performing quality control testing according to documented test procedures
• Recording and maintaining all testing records in a systematic manner to ensure traceability of records
• Calibrating and maintaining laboratory equipment to ensure their reliability
• Preparing trial blends for new formulations
• Preparing samples for customers
• Carrying out first line equipment setting, maintenance repairs
• Improve reliability of machine
• Perform basic diagnostic of equipment

skills & experience required

• Diploma / Higher NITEC in Chemical / Electrical / Chemistry / Process / Quality Engineering
• Min 2 years of experience in manufacturing environment
• Able to commit to 5 day week rotating shift work (3 month rotating) - Morning shift: 7.15a.m to 3p.m - Afternoon shift 3.15p.m. to 11p.m
• Willing to be train to take on secondary job assignment such as fire safety officer etc
• Willing to work in Western Side of Singapore (Boon Lay / Lakeside / Pioneer)
• Training given to candidate with no experience
