Based in Singapore as their Global HQ - Our client is within the FMCG / Lifestyle sector and has a strong presence in various countries and has been around for over 40 years. Due to their solid expansion growth plans - They are looking for a Chief Digital Marketing Officer to oversee the Strategic digital marketing vision of the firm and elevate the firm to the next level.

About the Role

  • Reporting to the CEO directly, based in Singapore, you will get to:
  • Drive the full P&L for overall Digital Marketing and Global Marketing Strategy globally for the business - SEA, China & US.
  • With the adoption and strategic leadership to move the brand from an FMCG led business, to experiences, covering a wide remit through building digital and non-digital businesses, customer experiences, growth and innovation across the firms new business streams - Hospitality, Wellness, F&B etc.
  • Formulate and implement overall digital strategy and be involved in building a sustainable digital business, in house.
  • You will get to oversee the Digital Product: creating sustainable eco-system by leading and executing the strategic roadmap to ensure marketing can leverage on the right digital platforms.
  • Group analytics & technology: oversee the end-to-end process for business digitalization and commerce, i.e EDW (Enterprise Data Warehousing), data asset management through analytics to create new business value.
  • Guide and enable local markets to develop and adopt digital marketing products and platforms to improve effectiveness and efficiencies

The Successful Applicant

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience having successful built sustainable digital businesses across various industries holding global roles, ideally having solid exposure in ASIA & the US.
  • Digital Marketing Global Marketing role coming from agency or in-house experience
  • Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking and commercial acumen
  • Effective stakeholder management skills and ability to lead through influencing
