Chief Operating Officer - Leading Healthcare/ Retail Chain

Our client is one of Singapore's leading healthcare group and they have successfully expanded it's operations across SouthEast Asia / China since it was first set up over two decades ago.

One of the most reputed names in the healthcare industry, this entity has a strong brand recall value with patients and customers alike and they are looking for a COO to bring their company to the next level.

About the Job

This role reports into the Managing Director,

  • The COO will be based physically in the Singapore office.
    • P&L responsibility of the group and it's affiliated clinics and patient centres
    • Oversee clinical and business operations for the organisation with people management responsibilities
    • You will be a key business partner to the senior management team in recommending investment strategies and other business decisions.
    • Develop and drive overall strategic plans and objectives in line with commercial goals
    • Effectively manage customer retention and drive patient excellence programs while creating a road map for generating footfall into clinics
    • Launch operations in new markets in South East Asia

Skills & Experiences required

  • Minimum of 7-10 years experience in a leadership P&L / operations responsibility role in the healthcare services industry / hospitality / retail industry
  • Proven track record of successfully supporting businesses towards IPO.
