about the company My client is an A1 Main contractor.They are handling building projects and they are seeking project manager / techncial manager at the moment about the job
- Responsibility for all project phases (start-up, planning, design, implementation, installation, commissioning and handover)
- Perform required engineering calculations, design reviews and verification
- Monitoring & control of the project, including necessary interventions, to ensure achievement of delivery milestones, timelines & quality within the project budget
- Prepare requisition for order, review supplier and make technical bid evaluation
- Amend factory wiring drawings to suit project requirements
- Prepare, review and lead on tender document
skills & experience required
- Masters/Bachelor Degree in civil engineering / construction
- Min 8 years of experience in building/Civil especially hospital projects
- Design coordination experience
- Prior experience in reviewing M&E/Architectural/Structural technical drawing
- ISO certified will be a plus (ISO 9000)
- Knowledge of BCA,industry norms
- 5 day work week for this position but able to support weekend work if there is a need to
