About the company

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Claims Assistant to temporarily join the team. This 3 months renewable contract is due to start immediately. Reporting through to the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for administrative support. Your support will enable the operation team to proactively manage claims within legislation and to achieve good level of service and upkeep service level within the industry.

about the role

Your key responsibilities will be working closely with the team and assist to upload claim documents in their in-house system, create and submit Notice of Loss for new incoming claims for Claims officer to register the claim; send email correspondences to Policyholders with standard template; send travel circulars to insurers for travel claims; archiving WhatsApp messages; send feedback after issuance of payment; assist your manager on new product claim process which require admin tasks; and or any other admin work when arise.

skills and requirement

To be successful you need to be certified with minimum O levels or at least a diploma in business related for this role and with 2-3 years working experience in an admin position. Don't wait and write in now as this is an immediate position!
