In this position as a Claims Executive, you will be expected to assess Personal Lines (Products includes Home, Travel and Personal Accident) claims according to policy liability and management guidelines. You will be required to negotiate settlement of claims within the authority limit and work closely with various external service providers such as assistance company and loss adjusters to administer claims.

In order to be successful in this role, the ideal incumbent must come with at least 2 or more years of experience in claims assessment. We are open to consider candidates with other claims experience as well.
skills & experience required
- 2+ years of experience handling claims assessment and claims management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to work as a team as well as independently
- Ability to work with tight timelines and under pressure
- Good understanding of the Insurance industry
- Successful applicant will be required to obtain relevant insurance qualification (BCP, PGI & ComGI)
