In this role as an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with current clients, deeply understanding their individual needs and business objectives. Your key focus will be on identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling BPO services to align with and advance clients' goals. Working in close collaboration with both the sales and operations teams, you will craft customized service proposals to address each client's specific requirements. Your ultimate aim is to guarantee that our clients consistently receive exceptional service, surpassing their expectations, and fostering enduring, mutually beneficial partnerships.
skills and experience required
You should ideally be an experienced sales/account management professional, with a solid amount of farming experience. Due to the nature of the business, you should come with prior experience in the BPO industry. You have a proven track record of successful account management and client retention. You also have strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships, and excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
