about the role
- Hands-on Event Coordination: Organize and support various client activations, while working closely with other teams to ensure the smooth execution of events.
- In-Store Client Support: Assist Retail teams in providing exceptional in-store experiences during special occasions like store openings, festivals etc.
- International Client Engagement: Ensure smooth client experiences during international events and virtual interactions across borders.
- Customer Insights by conducting regular stores visits
- Engage with clients to better understand them.
- Conduct competitor mystery shopping to gain valuable insights and identify opportunities to enhance client experiences.
- Supplier Management: Oversee appointed suppliers to ensure timely and satisfactory delivery of services.
- Develop and create presentation decks and strategies for various client activations.
- Efficient Administration: Prepare and organize materials for weekly and monthly submissions, as well as gather data for insightful reporting and clientele analysis.
skills and experience required
- Prior experience in events planning for (luxury) retail is essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Big picture orientation with attention to details
- Strong communication skills
