about the company

Partnering a pretigeous Private Bank, we are looking to hire a Client Documentation Officer to support the team.

about the job

As a key member of the team, you will liaising with the relevant stakeholders in the review of documentation pertaining to account opening and account maintenance.

  • Support the Front Office in review of account documents
  • Ensure that accounts are opened in the systems in a timely and accurate manner
  • Process account amendments and escalate any deficiencies as per protocol
  • Maintain high quality service standards for internal stakeholders
  • Support other ad hoc duties including signature verficiation etc.

skills and experience required

  • Degree in Banking and Finance, or other related fields
  • Possess at least 4 years of relevant experience
  • Good understanding of Account Documentation requirements in a Private Banking set up
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
