I am representing one of the most established business schools globally and this is a newly created role in response to their business growth within the APAC region. They are looking for a driven individual with strong understanding of the executive education field to be the first point of contact to understand the needs of both their new and existing clients.
About the role
Reporting to the Dean of APAC , your responsibilities will includes
- Working closely with senior management within APAC and their Global HQ to strategize and plan clients growth strategies within the APAC region
- You will work closely with reporting manager and sales director to follow up on prospective clients as well as identifying new opportunities within the industry
- You would also keep in touch with the latest industry, competitor offerings and executive education best practices and updating management on any new developments/ gap areas for remediation actions
- You would be able to hit the ground running with good understanding of the industry and being proactive in learning about the school”s programs, value proposition and solutions to their clients
- Having obtain good technical knowledge , you would be the first point of contact by providing a consultative approach to both new and existing clients by understanding their needs and sharing the various solutions and programs which the school could offer
- Upon the initial conversations with prospective clients, you would hand over to the Country / Sales Director to follow up accordingly
- Working with cross functional team such as “sales & marketing” to complement each other in view of organizational”s overall objectives
Skills and experience required
- Min 7 years of relevant experience within the Executive Education Industry
- Proven experience in client relationship management, business development with the ability to engage and influence people of all levels both internally and externally
- Able to work independently and collaboratively and being able to handle multiple projects simultaneously within stipulated timelines
