In this position as a Client Manager, you will be expected to establish and maintain strong working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and constantly engage activities to increase sales and business opportunities. You will be responsible to handle policies renewal reviews and new business propositions and expected to ensure strong service level commitments are met and uphold the company's professional image.


skills and experience required

• Professional certification - HI, M5 & M9 (ideally)
• 3+ years of relevant experience in group insurance/employee benefits
• Candidates with experience in Banking & Financial or Insurance (GI) may apply
• Ability to converse in English and Japanese - Proficiency in spoken and written Japanese is an advantage as you will be dealing with large Japanese company's management who only communicate in their native Japanese language
