- To manage Client on-boarding end to end – from kick-off until Client LIVE
- Must work all key stakeholders such as CFS, Business, Operations, Application and Support team to lead the technical stream of on-boarding
- Must have good knowledge open technologies such as API, Java and technical knowledge to manage and guide the Client on-boarding issues to resolution. Knowledge on AS400/COBOL system is preferred.
- Should be able to manage multiple Client deals in parallel
- Must possess good communication and presentations skills to work with transversal matrix environment across Countries.
skills and experience required
- 10+ years of working experience in managing Customer onboarding for critical applications preferably in bankingdomain. Experience in Commercial, Transaction banking, Payments, Collections and System development life cycle is a must. Experience in working with transversal teams across countries, highly organized, results-driven individual withleadership experience, and a proven ability to deliver world-class products.
- Should possess Technical knowledge and diagnostic skills and Support tool knowledge.
- Should be familiar SoftwareDevelopment Methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall, Iterative etc, hands-on experience.
- Having knowledge intechnologies like AS400, API, XML, Unix and JMS/MQ messaging is preferred.
- Must possess excellentcommunication, analytical skills; ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously; confidence to work with and instruct Technical partners and other stake holders.
