    Our organisation is a leading European high-end luxury fashion house, with over 500 stores worldwide. They are one of the top players in the Luxury Goods industry, having been around for over a century now. They pride themselves in their iconic, artistic prints and designs.

    about the job
    In this role, you will be required to develop customer centred strategies for high net worth clients. Your main objective is to identify these high value clients, curate events, store experience, and other action plans that are specially catered to these high net work individuals, provide them with a top-notch customer service and to increase their spending.

    You will also be working closely with the retail team, and coaching the retail associates on how to curate the ideal customer experience journey for customers in store.

    about the manager/team
    You will be reporting in directly to the General Manager of Singapore and Malaysia and you will be managing 1 direct report. You will be overseeing (indirectly) the retail staff on coaching and other matters.

    skills and experience required
    You will be required to have at least 4 years of relevant client relations experience in the luxury retail industry. If you are currently a store manager with similar experience, you are welcome to apply for the role as well. You should have a proven track record in developing excellent client relationship resulting in an increase in spending.
