    About my client

    I am representing a growing business that specializes in investment for residency / citizenship that allows individuals to gain visa free access to more than 100 countries, business and investment opportunities in overseas locations. My client partners directly with respective countries' governments and with their full authorisation for these services and they have presence around the world and is seeking to expand their Asia Pacific presence with Singapore as its regional hub.

    You have the opportunity to be part of their pioneer team and will be given direct mentorship by the Managing Director based in Singapore. This role offers you the opportunity to deal with high-net worth clients and offers you the opportunity for high earning potentials with uncapped commissions.

    About the job

    Reporting to the MD, your responsibilities will includes

    • To work closely with Senior Management to be aligned with organizational objectives in strategizing sales plans across the APAC offices.
    • You will provide a consultative approach in advising prospective clients’ on proper application procedures , benefits and guiding them through the whole programs
    • Be responsible for proactively learning latest trends and regulatory updates in Europe etc to provide up-to date and accurate information for clients to make informed decision
    • You will be tasked with working closely with MD to grow the local and APAC market by tapping onto both warm and cold leads and actively engage in sales activities such as email marketing, networking , cold calling, following up on inbound leads
    • To update and maintain accurate clients profile on CRM platforms and appropriate follow-up measures is taken where necessary and to enter sales opportunities into the CRM platform
    • To update and Inform clients of relevant research, new product developments or updates and produce reports on client”s usage statistics to management

    Skills and experience required

    • Min 5 years of client facing experience with proven record in exceeding sales targets
    • Excellent communication skills and able to present to high value clients and to senior management
    • Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to identify client needs and providing sound advice and solutions
