Our client, a global investment firm is looking for a Client Service Associate to join their Client Service and Marketing Support team!

About the job

As a Client Service Associate, you will be supporting the business development and client relationship management staff to market to and service clients based in Asia (Ex-Japan) with a primary focus in the Korean market. You will be expected to be a central point of contact for clients and work closely with relevant stakeholders of the firm to support overall relationship management effort.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation of client presentations and coordinate account related matters
  • Resolve any client inquiries
  • Preparation of requests-for-proposal submissions
  • To review client reports and ensuring that reporting deadlines are met
  • Data maintenance of client contacts and relationship notes

Skills and experience required

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in Asset Management
  • Good understanding of fixed income concepts will be an added advantage
  • Korean language skills are required as to communicate with Korean clients who can only speak Korean
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and Bloomberg
  • Ability to coordinate and retain information
