This dynamic role will include, but not limited to the following:
- Handle client's enquiries via different channels
- Familiarise with mass payment platform to provide support and troubleshooting
- Currency trade execution and pricing for clients
- Deliver excellent customer service and mange your own book of accounts
- Prepare internal reports and data analysis
- Act as an ambassador for company's brand and products
- Responsible for exceptional case documentation against KPIs
skills and experience required
- At least 1 year experience at a global financial institution (preferably from securities, FinTech)
- Strong product knowledge – FX and other derivatives will be helpful, but not an absolute must
- Excellent client service skills and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and autonomously within a quick and spontaneous environment
