    Our client is an international investment firm, backed by a strong group of shareholders, with huge growth plans to expand in Singapore. With a core team comprising of talents from various big tech firms, they are looking for someone who is driven and ready to hit the ground running.

    about the job
    As a successful applicant, you will be a highly motivated and conscientious individual with prior experience in a client facing role, preferably within the financial services industry. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

    • Leading and motivating a team of client services executives to achieve the highest level of client satisfaction
    • Managing and evaluating the team's processes to implement relevant KPIs to ensure excellent service quality
    • Driving innovation and digitalisation or any other ad hoc projects to continously improve the customer service experience
    • Subject matter expert for all customer contact outlets

    skills and experience required

    • >2 years of working experience within financial services/retail brokerage industry
    • Certified in CMFAS 1a, 5, 6 and 6a will be highly advantageous
    • Good understanding of various financial instruments
    • Excellent communication and time management skills
    • Creative problem solving methods
