Our client, a multinational private bank is looking for a Client Service Officer to support their booking centre!

About the job

As a Client Service Officer in the Booking Centre team, you are responsible for both internal and external client management and provide quality assistance for the front office. Equipped with compliant values, you should ensure that activities adhere to fair dealing and company policies.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of loan and deposit rollovers
  • Support Booking Centre and front office with account documentation
  • Follow up with overseas front office to resolve any issue
  • To liaise with stakeholders on periodic KYC review
  • Provide on-going administrative support

Skills and experience required

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience within the banking and finance space
  • Possess CACS Paper 1 & 2
  • MAS RNF Registered
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
