Our client, a top tier corporate & investment bank is looking for a Client Service Officer to join their team, supporting the regional relationship managers.

About the job

As a Client Service Officer, you will be providing support to the Regional Relationship Managers by being involved in coordinating client meetings and assisting in the post-sales process. You will be expected to support RFP responses and gather any necessary documents for the a smooth onboarding process and ensuring that they adhere to regulatory guidelines.

Some of the other responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation of client presentations
  • Liaising with relevant stakeholders and arranging for onshore client meetings
  • To perform KYC and review any high-risk deals
  • Providing assistance in credit reviews and documentations
  • Resolving any client queries or complaints

Skills and experience required

  • At least 1-3 years of experience in corporate banking or front line support function
  • Prior experience in banking product and KYC will be an advantage
  • Meticulous with the ability to multi-task
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
