about the job

You will be part of the APAC Client Services team where you will service a portfolio of clients via phone and/or emails. The team provides E-Banking/Digital Channel products to Large Corporates and Middle Markets clients that are based across Asia Pacific.

  • To provide technical production support on E-Banking products to Corporate clients primarily via phone and email on a daily basis, which includes Cantonese-speaking clients
  • Provide prompt assistance to Clients’ enquiries relating to E-Banking according to Bank’s SLAs, which includes Cantonese-speaking clients
  • Identify root causes through research and analysis and provide recommendations to resolve or mitigate
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to produce permanent solutions
  • Evaluate the support and service delivery processes and recommend measures that would optimize efficiency and effectiveness of processes
  • Ensure technical documentation is updated
  • Maintain up-to-date working knowledge of the bank’s products and service offering; payment and trade capabilities, internal operations and local practices
  • Real-time logging of support cases
  • Perform month end reporting
  • Perform fortnightly proactive call back to Clients to ensure issues are resolved
  • Daily duty rotation of voicemail lunch duties

skills and experience required

  • Minimum Degree
  • At least 1 year of experience in Client Services, Implementation and/or Product Management within the Banking & Financial Services sector
  • Good knowledge of corporate banking products, electronic banking platforms and/or payment delivery systems
  • Proficiency in Cantonese as you will be required to communicate with Cantonese-speaking clients on a daily basis
  • Excellent communications and presentations skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Some overtime, holiday and after work hours may be required as you will be helping to cover Australia and India time zones on a rotational basis
