about the job

  • Responsible for day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of APAC based clients and be the main point of contact
  • Provide operations and client service support to ensure clients’ queries are handled timely and appropriately
  • Liaise and work closely with other internal departments in APAC, EMEA and US to provide support for global clients
  • Work with on-boarding team for new client on-boarding, KYC for new account or product set up
  • Maintain static data in various systems
  • Carry out process improvement reviews so as to continuously improve client servicing standards
  • Participate in projects

skills and experience required

  • At least 2 years of experience in Middle Office//Operations, with prior client servicing experience being a plus
  • Knowledge in Global Markets Operations, Settlements and/or Corporate Actions
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and problem-solve
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
