    As a successful applicant, you will posses a highly client centric mindset with strong relationship building abilities. You will also be resilient with solid time management skills and pride yourself as someone who thrives in a highly stressful environment. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

    • Providing top tier customer service and support to clients to maintain high levels of satisfaction
    • Developing a good understanding of clients' needs to be able to identify opportunities, provide product knowledge or cross sell to maximise products and platform utilisation
    • Managing inbound client queries in a proactive and timely manner
    • Becoming an expert and conducting platform demonstrations and product training
    • Working cohesively to achieve individual and team KPI targets

    skills and experience required

    • Bachelor's in a relevant discipline, eg. Business, Finance, Economics
    • Strong interest in financial services industry advantageous
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
