A successful and growing company in the pharmaceutical industry aims to support all healthcare needs in Asia. They are seeking a high-calibre Client Services Manager (Inventory & Account Management) to join their dynamic team.


about the job


As a Client Services Manager (Inventory & Account Management) your key tasks involve:

  • Client Key Account Management
    • Fostering good working relationship with clients in reviewing service performance and quick resolution of client issues
  • Inventory management
    • ensure order fulfilment is maximized and all shipments and stocktaking are executed timely
  • Project management in improving processes and new product launches
  • Staff management in identifying and reviewing staff development


skills & experience required

To be successful in this position, you must have the ability to demonstrate or possess:

  • Degree in Business / Logistic & Supply Chain or equivalent
  • Min 5 years’ experience in account management, inventory management and managing a team
  • Good exposure to industrial experience in 3PL
  • Willing to work in eastern part of Singapore
