Our client is looking for an individual with a proven track record in people management to lead up their client services middle office

about the job

As the team lead of their client services team overseeing private banking client documentations, you will be responsible for maintaining service excellence of all client relationships. You will be managing a team that serves facilitates the delivery of account documentation from the front to the back office, as well as acting as the main point of contract for the front office with regards to any queries on operations. Other responsibilities include :

  • Facilitating the information / documentation flow between front and back office (two physical sites)
  • Independent callbacks for verification of instructions from clients
  • Any ad-hoc functions such as facilitations of account closing / fees processing
  • Risk and control of operations and process enhancements
  • Ensuring team members performance by providing coaching, individual support and taget setting
  • Ensuring team delivery against key metrics and KPIs
  • Training and guiding team members

skills and experience required

  • Bachelor's degree in finance / accountancy / banking
  • At least 7 years experience in a related function (private banking client documentations / client servicing) with a proven leadership track record of at least 3 years with experience in people management
  • Strong knowledge of account documentation in private banking will be an added advantage
  • Excellent organisational skills including planning, prioritising, managemnet and experience with management reporting
  • Good analytical, problem -solving and project management skills
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and provide solutions to mutifacted problems
