You will be required to:-
- Deliver exceptional end-to-end customer experience by assisting corporate customers with their queries.
- Assist with any complaints and resolving disputes when necessary.
- Advise and assist clients on the bank's products/services.
- Work closely with the Relationship Managers (RMs) and Operations team to provide any support required.
- Ability to read and speak Chinese to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients and stakeholders over calls and emails on a daily basis.
skills and experience required
- Minimum Diploma in Business or Banking.
- At least 4 years of Corporate Banking experience in customer or client services. Assistant Relationship Managers (ARM) are also welcome to apply.
- Ability to read and speak Chinese to handle Chinese documents and communicate with Chinese speaking clients and stakeholders over calls and emails on a daily basis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
