As the Clinical Application Specialist of the organization, you are effectively required to:
Provide post-sales application support, with a secondary focus on pre-sales activities.
Provide sales and optimal customer support, this position will be responsible for generating new leads and maintaining customer satisfaction through account management, phone and virtual support, user training, educational training programs, and on-site applications as needed.
Maintaining high customer satisfaction, as determined by customer surveys and feedback, is a key performance indicator.
Utilize product and clinical knowledge to effectively position features and capabilities that represent solutions to customer needs.
Work closely with healthcare professionals and maintain good relationships by providing support, information, and guidance.
about the manager/team
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be working closely with the sales teams.
Skills & Experience Required
To be successful in this role, you possess at least 2 years of working sales experience within the medical device business. Candidates with ultrasound, CT or MRI experience preferred.
