As the Clinical Application Specialist of the organization, you are effectively required to:
Provide pre- and post-sales support, including conducting product demonstrations and creating training and teaching materials for the healthcare professionals.
Provide on-site troubleshooting, training, and serving as the point of contact for the existing installed base.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
Prepare materials and presentations to engage with potential customers and partners.
Conduct product demonstrations for potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits to the healthcare professional.
Develop training sessions and educational materials that cater to the healthcare professional.
about the manager/team
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be working closely with the sales and marketing teams.
Skills & Experience Required
To be successful in this role, you possess at least 2 years of working sales experience within the medical device business. Candidates with operating theatre experience preferred.
