The Clinical Application Specialist, Radiation Oncology plays a critical role in ensuring the effective utilization of the medical devices in clinical settings. This position involves providing clinical training, technical support, and expertise to healthcare professionals, enabling them to maximize the benefits of the company products.
Conduct comprehensive product training sessions for healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and technicians, to ensure proficiency in using the company medical devices.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers, addressing product-related inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company medical devices, including their features, functionalities, and applications, to serve as a subject matter expert.
Build strong relationships with customers, key opinion leaders, and healthcare institutions to understand their needs, collect feedback, and relay insights to the product development team.
Conduct product demonstrations and evaluations at customer sites, highlighting the clinical benefits and advantages of the company medical devices.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop sales strategies, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns aimed at increasing product adoption and market penetration.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, training sessions, and technical support cases in compliance with company policies.
Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in medical technology, and changes in regulatory requirements, sharing knowledge within the team.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be working closely with the sales and marketing team.
Skills & Experience Required
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have 3 years of Radiation Therapist/Clinical Dosimetrist/Medical Physicist experience.
