• Be responsible for educating Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) on the safe and effective use of the new product, including presentations and hands-on training of the device
• Execute and deliver HCP education plans in close partnership with the sales team.
• Assist with appropriate patient identification in targeted healthcare settings.
• Support hospitals and local educational organizations.
• Be a clinical expert in the new product including device details, procedural technique, troubleshooting and outcomes of clinical studies.
• Collect and communicate customer insights to inform development of effective customer education tools to enhance safe and effective use of the new product.
• Participate in and successfully complete all internal education / training on SOPs, policies, and relevant products, as well as all compliance training and regulatory education relevant to the medical device industry.
• Work toward meeting established program metrics, complete all administrative responsibilities consistent with Standard Operation Procedures and departmental guidelines.

This position will be that of an individual contributor, reporting to the Business Unit Lead. In this role, the clinical educator will work with the frontline sales people, driving education and awareness for the product.

skills and experience required

You must possess extensive working experience as a nurse with knowledge of ward protocols and processes

Willingness to learn about the new product.

Strong communication skills, prior experience in coaching / training / mentoring is a bonus.
