As the Clinical Sales Specialist, Robotic Surgery of the organization, you are effectively required to:
Develop a comprehensive sales plan customized for the local market, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and revenue targets.
Drive the sales of instruments and accessories related to robotic surgery.
Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate closely with hospital stakeholders to formulate and execute strategies for the successful implementation of robotic surgery programs.
Provide expert guidance on best practices, training, and necessary resources for the successful execution of robotic surgery procedures.

Reporting to the Sales Director.
Skills & Experience Required
To be successful in this role, you possess at least 2 years of sales experience within the medical device business. Candidates with medical surgical equipment experience are preferred.
