With their in-house design, manufacturing and assembly capabilities, this expanding company is now looking for a motivated CNC Programmer/Operator/Machinist to join their dynamic team during an exciting time in their development.

Reporting into the Engineering Director, you will be a part of our pioneering team in Singapore and be exposed to cross-regional collaboration with countries such as France. about the job

• To define and produce according to the rules of the art and to be able to propose Innovative manufacturing processes.
• Manage and organize production files according to established rules considering the analysis of the risks involved.
• Continuous Improvement on existing processes in line with the strategy
• Create machining programs and Manufacturing Instructions
• Setting up CNC Machines
• Perform preventive and curative maintenance of machines
• Provide Technical Support for the R&D Team

job requirement

• Minimum 3 years working experience in R&D/engineering/production environment
• Candidates with experience from the Aerospace, Defense and/or connector industry will have an added advantage
• Must be comfortable working in a startup like environment
• Adaptable and flexible
• Be able to read a drawing perfectly and understand its tolerancing
• Knowledge of STAR CNC machines
• Training will be provided as well, with occasional opportunities to travel overseas
