- Support the order and invoicing process with pre-checks of the incoming orders, transfer to the relevant departments, order confirmations and necessary clarifications with customers for orders and invoices.
- Clarification of commercial terms and conditions with all stakeholders
- Represent APAC region as a single point of contact to the company, on activities relating to contracts and deliveries.
- Ensure accuracy of order entries into SAGE and into the correct business segment to measure segment performance as well as individual sales staff performance.
- Facilitate the registration of new customers including credit checks and the maintenance of the customer and product master database.
about the manager/team
You will be working in a small team, and reporting directly to the Team manager.
skills and experience required
- Minimum Nitec / A level/ Diploma in Business management Administration or equivalent is required
- Good to have 1-2 years of experience in 2-years progressive Commercial Administration experience across SEA region
- Must have good knowledge on Microsoft office/ Excel functions
- You must be a team player and able to work with flexibility
