about the job
In the role of a Commercial Analyst, you will be expected to work closely with the Sales Manager to perform in depth analysis of data, transactions, and translate them into meaningful and actionable insights for decision support. In addition to that, you are to maintain and track Business Initiatives periodically, partner with various stakeholders regarding operation issues, key metric, Product Sales analysis, Channel Management and represent KOSEAJ Commercial Operations in the development of sales automation system infrastructure to drive local governance and assurance process over sales data quality and integrity for performance reporting.

This position sits within the Commercial Department and reports to the Sales operations Leader based in China. To excel in this, you should be able to work well in both a team setting as well as an individual contributor position with a Can-Do attitude to drive internal communications on business insights to the relevant stakeholders.
skills and experience required
The incumbent should possess a degree in either one of the following fields; Business/Economics/Finance/Engineering with at least 4 years of experience in commercial analysis and reporting management with proven capability in the development and implementation of SOP/Process. Strong analytical skills and inductive reasoning aptitude is crucial in conducting commercial analysis and reporting management to drive initiatives. Additionally, It is essential that you have great interpersonal and organisational skills to facilitate good stakeholder management while leading and managing multiple complex projects at a given time. The ideal incumbent should also be meticulous, resourceful, tech savvy and independent with a demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
