Reporting to the Commercial Finance Lead, we are seeking a dynamic individual to partner and lead cross-functional teams in managing profitability and maintaining a strong financial position, with a focus on Pricing, Mix, and Trade spending. Your role will involve the development and utilization of automation to enhance forecasting, value chain management, distributor claims processes, and trade spending oversight. You will also be proactively driving initiatives to foster business growth and maximize value for our shareholders is a key component of this position, and you will offer guidance to the Senior Leadership Team to facilitate sound decision-making across various aspects of the business. Additionally, you will be prepared to address any ad hoc requests from company leadership as they arise. The ideal candidate is one who is independent, tactful and able to deal well with ambiguity and complexity.

Skills and experience required

You should possess a recognised Degree in Accounting or equivalent with at least 7 years of relevant experience. Background in consumer-related industries would be highly desirable.
