about the role

In this role, you will be involved in the business and management reporting. You will work closely with the regional and global finance team on detailed analysis of the business. You will report on financial performance and prepare management reports. You will dive deep into the commercial aspects of the business. This will include analysing the ROI of marketing spend and giving recommendations on the optimisation of the marketing dollar. You will also look into pricing and other business initiatives, evaluate and advise the commercial teams accordingly. You will design a suite of KPIs to help the business monitor and measure their performance. You will perform market research and competitors analysis, create dashboards for the management to understand how the business is performing as compared to their peers.

skills and experience required

You should ideally be Degree qualified who has at least 8 years of experience in FP&A or commercial finance. You are strong in excel modeling and are able to partner effectively with the commercial teams. You possess strong business acumen and strong interpersonal skills. You are familiar with marketing concepts (Marketing ROI, CRM etc.) and sales pipeline processes. You are analytical and logical. Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, Python will come as a strong advantage for this role. Prior experience working in a FMCG, Tech, E-commerce environment will come as a strong advantage for this role.
