About the job

As a Commercial Support Specialist you will be expected to manage all aspects of sales administrations and reporting for the Commercial Department and work closely with the Sales Manager in planning and implementing commercial activities. Your job responsibilities would include coordinating and tracking team training requirements, compiling monthly case allowance and checking for discrepancies against the eLeave system, performing SAP transactions and inputting data into the Singapore Local Sales Reporting Excel File, conducting internal and external capital equipment trials and ensuring preventive measurement management are done before the due date and supporting tenders submission/ contract management.

You will also be required to coordinate monthly team meetings, work closely with the Medical Education team in ensuring smooth administration of lab activities, coordinate with local sales team, regional marketing representatives and external customers on local marketing events, assist with the development of promotional materials and manage local demo materials.


About the manager/team

This position sits within the Commercial Department and reports directly to the Sales Manager.

Skills and experience required

The incumbent should be tertiary educated and come with at least 4 years of relevant experience in commercial/business development/sales position. To succeed in this role, you must be highly organised and possess high levels of analytical skills in understanding sales performance metrics and propose ideas to enhance the efficiency of internal business processes. It is essential that you have great interpersonal and communication skills with a strong command of written and spoken English to communicate effectively with stakeholders in a fast paced and diverse environment. The ideal candidate should also be meticulous, resourceful and an excellent team player, able to work well with stakeholders from various departments. Prior knowledge in SAP or CRM systems will be advantageous.
