My client, a prestigious luxury watch brand, is seeking a talented and driven Commercial/Regional Sales Manager to oversee the Southeast Asia (SEA) and regional markets. Reporting to the Brand Director, this individual will manage a small team of 1 to 2 sales executives and be responsible for driving direct sales, wholesale, and distributor channels. Based in Singapore, the candidate will play a key role in the growth and market expansion of the brand within the luxury consumer space.

- Lead sales operations across SEA and Hong Kong/Macau, with a focus on both direct and wholesale/distributor sales channels.
- Set and achieve sales targets, consistently meeting or exceeding goals across multiple markets.
- Manage a team of 1-2 sales executives, providing mentorship and guidance to optimize performance.
- Develop and execute strategies for market penetration, working closely with distributors and retailers.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with retailers and troubleshoot sales challenges to ensure targets are met.
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns, product launches, and brand activations to drive consumer engagement and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and values.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Provide regular sales reports, insights, and forecasts to the Brand Director.
skills and experience required
... - Minimum of 5-7 years of sales management experience in the luxury consumer or watch industry.
- Proven track record of managing sales targets and driving revenue growth within a competitive market.
- Experience working with both direct sales and wholesale/distributor channels, ideally within the SEA and/or Hong Kong/Macau regions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring and developing junior team members.
- Excellent relationship-building abilities with retailers and distributors.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple markets simultaneously.
- Based in Singapore with regional travel as needed.
