about the company

Our client is an award-winning listed financial service institution headquartered in Europe. Due to great growth, there are looking for an Internal Communications Manager to handle their internal communications for the region.

about the job

Reporting to the Regional Head of Communications, you will be in charge with large scale change communications project with the purpose of improving employee engagement and culture across the organisation. You will also be engaging with senior internal stakeholders and craft concise messages and key initiatives. Ideally, you will have a track record in creating a clear, proactive and persuasive communications strategy.

skills & experience required

  • At least 6-8 years of proven internal communications experience, ideally within the financial services industry
  • Comes with a track record in creating successful internal communications campaigns & messages
  • Strong writing skills and stakeholders management
