about the job

As a Community Engagement Associate, you will be managing inquiries, identifying and assessing customer needs. To champion the customer internally by reporting trends and issues.

You will be required to:

  • Provide clear, timely and accurate information; Handle complaints received via telephone
  • Build sustainable relationships with external customers and liaise with internal stakeholders
  • Handle customer concerns and work to refer it to the appropriate escalation point.
  • Make recommendations for service improvements as a frontline support role
  • Operates in a dynamic, multi-cultural, cross-functional environment

There are 4 people in the team reporting to the manager based in SG.



skills and experience required

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Degree in related discipline
  • Solid customer support experience, strong in call handling
  • Excellent communication skills with strong ability to engage
  • Familiar with CRM systems; ideally Salesforce.com will be a plus
  • Well organized, proactive and self-directed, able to perform with minimal supervision
