    My client is one of the region’s leading tertiary educational institutions, which partners other well-known global universities, to extend the best education to individuals and enterprises, empowering them to achieve their aspirations and objectives.

    about the job

    You will play an essential role in developing and executing alumni engagement initiatives, which includes early engagement of graduating students and active engagement of the graduated cohort. You will need to work with internal colleagues to conceptualise new and on-going initiatives through online and offline platforms, such as social media, eDMs, physical brochures et cetera. You will function as the main point of contact for event vendors, partner universities, and you will be required to maintain and upkeep the database of alumni contacts in the system.

    about the manager/team

    You will be reporting directly to the Team Lead and will work with 2 other colleagues in this team.

    skills and experience required

    You should come with a Bachelor’s Degree and have at least 2 years of experience in a community engagement or events management role, preferably in the education sector. Having excellent written and oral communication skills to engage all your stakeholders, along with the ability to be organised and manage multiple tasks concurrently, will contribute to your success in the role. To excel in this role, you will need to be IT savvy as you will be working with CRM systems, social media platforms and digital marketing solutions.

    You will be offered a 3-year contract (renewable) and be eligible for the full benefits of a permanent employee, including Annual Wage Supplement, Variable Bonus, Flexible Benefits, Medical Insurance et cetera.
