The success of a scalable business lies in providing support to its users, while providing scalable solutions. With users at the top of their minds, they are now hiring for a Community Operations Manager that is a strategic thinker with strong problem solving skills.

about the job

  • Supporting our users through both direct support interactions as well as scalable solutions
  • Improving the health of our products by helping people understand how to use them
  • Responsible for all customer support inquiries, managing a small team internally and externally that is geared towards solving all the customer complaints
  • Work directly with cross-functional teams to solve problems using analytics and develop solutions.
  • Support projects involving UX, industry research, and strategy development.

skills & experience required

  • Bachelor Degree in any subject. Candidates with no degree but commensurate experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, of which 2 years should be in a leadership capacity.
  • Strategic thinking skills with strong ability to analyse and problem solve in a creative manner.
  • Data driven individual, that takes a process driven approach to managing situations.
  • Experience in a start-up environment is a strong plus.
  • Experience managing both internal and external teams.
  • Knowledge in SQL is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills.
