about the job

You will manage the office daily operations, support in-house events, administer the front of house/meeting rooms, maintain Singapore office administrations, and supervise coverage of the front office desk. Under office daily operations, you will coordinate with tea ladies and office cleaners and look after them, being the first point of contact if they have any issues. During the fire drills, you will act as Office Fire Warden which will need prior briefing by building management office. Moreover, you would manage the temporary staff capacity & schedule, purchase office supply when needed and assist with printing on ad hoc basis. In the area of In-house event support, you will be expected to meeting room bookings for events, provide logistic support to events happening beyond office hour, coordinate with Office Facilities Assistant in configuration of meeting rooms based on requests, and coordinate with caterers. You will also be responsible for updating all Office Services team members and IT team about all events happening in the office.

about the manager / team

This role reports to the Administration and Facilities Manager and you will be hired as a permanent staff of the office services team. This role replaces an existing staff who have moved on to a new role within the same company.

skills & experience required

The ideal candidate must have minimum 2 years of receptionist or office administration experience in a corporate office setting. You should also ideally have coordinated and organised company internal and external events and love doing so. This role is well-suited for somebody with a “can-do” attitude, a professional demeanour, confident and a strong desire to deliver great service.
