Our client is a multinational company in the facility management sector, currently recruiting for a Compensation and Benefit Analyst to join the HR team.
about the job
Reporting to the C&B Manager and working with the global COEs, you will be supporting all local C&B activities, including but not limited to:
- Manage C&B programs and C&B reports to corporate, regional and local stakeholders, manage surveys and HRIS (including projects)
- Administer yearly C&B processes, including performance cycle, salary benchmarking, salary adjustments, bonuses, and incentives in accordance with company policies
- Collaborate with vendors for C&B processes, including insurance vendors to manage yearly renewals
- Conduct salary surveys and market analysis to ensure alignment with industry standards
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiative
- Stay updated on legislative changes affecting benefits programs and ensure compliance.
- Prepare and manage C&B reports
- Manage queries on compensation-related matters

- Permanent role
- Hybrid working: 3 days in office, 2 days WFH
- Office location: Central-West, Singapore
- Salary up to $6,000/month + AWS + VB (1-2 months)
skills and experience required
...
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Relevant experience in managing C&B duties, ideally for headcount over 1000+
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Able to work independently and also as a team
- Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in blue collar industry would be an advantage but not a requirement
