Up to $95,000 per annum + Attractive staff benefits

Housing numerous brands under their umbrella and with their heritage adding up to over 130 years in the market, they have seen through various successful evolutions within the upmarket fashion industry. With their sophisticated design, they have well positioned themselves in the luxury retail industry who will never fail to be out of presence in their native homeland. Due to business expansion, they are expanding and are looking for a Senior C&B manager to be part of their dynamic team.

about the role

Reporting to the VP of C&B, you will undertake the role of a Compensation and Benefits Manager. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of C&B policies and practices to ensure that both business objectives and staff’s welfare needs are met effectively. Your role will include but not limited to:

  • Reviewing policies, processes and salary benchmarking within the industry and group to keep up with market competitiveness
  • Manpower budget exercise
  • Design, deliver and implementing competitive retirement pension and sales compensation/incentives programs;
  • Manages broad based Compensation initiatives including, mergers & acquisitions, variable pay design, complex offer development across borders.

skills and experience required

You will be degree qualified from a well positioned university with preferable qualifications in HRM or finance/economics related field and demonstrate at least 8 years of experience preferably in similar capacity. Relevant experience is a definite advantage that would put you in a league above the rest. You will be someone who is able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines and with also good stakeholder management skills. You are also known for your strong forecasting and innovative ability. Other than the mentioned, you will also be someone who embraces teamwork but at the same time, able to work well in a multi-cultural environment.
