Compensation & Benefits Manager, SEA

$9000 X 12 months + VB

With an impressive YOY growth, they have exciting expansion plans in the pipeline with different geographical locations around the globe.

about the role

Reporting to the Group Head of HR, you will undertake the role of a Compensation and Benefits Manager leading the Shared Service team. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of C&B policies and practices to ensure that both business objectives and staff’s welfare needs are met effectively. In additionally, you will also handle HR Operations/process Management, budgeting and reporting under the group level shared service function.

  • Reviewing policies, processes and salary benchmarking within the industry and group to keep up with market competitiveness
  • Manpower budget exercise
  • Manages broad based Compensation initiatives including, mergers & acquisitions, variable pay design, complex offer development across borders.
  • Budgeting, Analysis and reporting for payroll related matters, manpower costing and sales performance
  • Assist the Head of HRSS in HR policies and Strategy planning

skills and experience required

You will be degree qualified from a well positioned university with preferable qualifications in HRM or finance/economics related field and demonstrate at least 8 years of experience preferably in similar capacity. Relevant experience is a definite advantage that would put you in a league above the rest. You will be someone who is able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines and with also good stakeholder management skills. You are also known for your strong forecasting and innovative ability. Other than the mentioned, you will also be someone who embraces teamwork but at the same time, able to work well in a multi-cultural environment. Candidates with consulting experience that are looking to move in house are most welcome to apply. Conversant in Mandarin will be a mandate due to business needs within the SEA region.
